News from the Institute of African Studies at the University of Bayreuth (NAB) is an informative publication by the Institute of African Studies (IAS) at the University of Bayreuth. It highlights research activities and memorable events convened by our diverse members, insights into ongoing research and activities of the IAS and its entities, namely: Iwalewahaus, the Africa Multiple Cluster of Excellence in Bayreuth, its partners in Africa, and the rest of the world. Every year, NAB presents research reports from current Cluster projects, fellows, junior researchers, and early career scholars.
