The event for BA and MA students, organized by the Institute of African Studies, brought together students, academic staff, the International Office, and representatives from the Ecological Botanical Garden. During the event, academic staff presented Africa related study programmes available at both BA and MA levels, highlighting related career opportunities. The International Office informed about funding options and pathways for studying abroad, while the botanical garden showcased Africa-specific plants.

Although attendance was lower than expected, the smaller group allowed for productive round-table discussions and closer exchanges. Participants also had the opportunity to join a guided tour of the MediaLab, which provided insights into its facilities and ongoing projects.

Overall, the event offered valuable information and direct interaction despite limited turnout.
